The foliation was introduced by D'Imperio, and she used consistently: f85/86r1, f85/86v3 etc for all twelve panels (although the six ones making up the rosettes image are rarely mentioned explicitly). On my web site I have preferred to use f85 for anything left of the binding, and f86 for the remainder.
