VMs: btw,from where comes Russian "obzor", "zor"?

once again coming back to "azor sheey", "aror sheey" on last page:

Could it have roots in some Tataric language?

Somehow I think, it could belong to the group of Russian words, which originate 
from times of Golden Horde (i.e. when Russian states were part of Mongolian 
Empire ... like in XV century. Well, this was already the beginning of the end 
of this biggest world power of all times).
