Ding ding ding! You've won the prize. ;)

I VOTE A)
I have never read anything that disproves the Brumbaugh (Most Mysterious
Manuscript pg. 118 ) multimodal alphanumeric cipher:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
A B C D E F G H I
J K L M N O P Q US
  R S T U
V W X Y Z

In fact I've never read any number-crunching study that even takes it
into account. What I HAVE read in the archives (by search) is that the
Crypto camp doesn't like it cuz it's too messy and lossy. I consider it
elegant and simple. Sure, there's GOT to be another cipher level below
the deciphered uninflected Latin repeats... like a Bacon cipher?
Personally, I'm still in the transliteration and 1st level decipher
stage.
