VMs: How about that Wiki...

Dear all,

this seems like a good time to revive the idea
of a Wiki to allow everyone to add their comments
about each of the pages of the MS.

To get it going, it should not be anything too 
fancy, just a repository for all observations,
ideas and/or comments for each page.

I'm not too worried about structure. To impose
a structure would automatically lead to 
discussions about how it should be organised, and
this discussion would never end with any
clear conclusion.

Just someone who knows how to do it to set it up
and people to start writing. I suspect that some kind
of structure will evolve naturally anyway.
