Note that the number of files per directory is variable: while normally 7, 
it dips to 4 in D0018, 5 in D0019, and 4 in D0020. I've tried to handle 
this variability in my JavaScript link page, but have only tested the first 
7 pages (of 11) so far. Those directories contain fold-out pages (and hence 
have bigger .sid files):-
