We should ask. It was considered bad form (at least
in the past) to include massive links to images
at other people's web sites.

Yes.

A separate entry for each page seems necessary 
due to the potentially large amount of information
(as hinted already by Nick).

Apart from that, I stress again that imposing too
much structure will simply stop the thing from
happening because we will never agree on what that
structure should be like. I see this like a 
scrap book. 
The structure will come since people will naturally
group related information together.
At least that's what I expect :-)

The material from Stolfi's interlinear, the 
various web sites, Petersen's copy, etc etc will
find its way there....

I also think that differing opinions on various
items are very welcome, as long as there are
some minimal justifications given.
