VMs: Little addition to f17r

  One more thing about the roman writing at the top of f17r: in the word "lucz", there's clear bar over "cz". I said that it is striking detail to me, because "cz" was frequent digraph in Czech of the time of VMS appearance in Prague. Friend of mine pointed out, that "cz" was quite often written with caron (small hook) over "c" (U+010D).
