VMs: More Quire stuff...

	Not to bore anyone but I've uploaded the thumbs showing bifolios for the
first
8 quires in the current VMS order... Missing pages accounted for as blank
folios. Quire
8 was fun since it is 10 bifolios thick (if one takes the folio numbers into
consideration).
