I would think this entry could be interesting -  Box 6: Correspondence 
and research files: Research files: Voynich cipher manuscript and 
Voynich cipher manuscript (plants) in addition to some of the other 
correspondence and records.  Are the Box 6 files his own transcriptions, 
descriptions, images or what?  Someone should give a call or visit.
