Re: VMs: Colored paints, touch-ups, and the michiton text
Follow up:
Beinecke's listings also have several descriptions that contain monastery
signatures. Usually the description notes the signature or inscription as
being in the upper corner, f1r. I hadn't any reason to keep track of all
that I've seen over the years until I noticed the text on f1r of the VMS in
the new images, and a certain familiarity arose.
It could be something else, but maybe we should keep an eye out for one that
resembles the faint writing here?
