You have certainly explained your method in your
book, so this 'criterium' for a successful
solution is fulfilled.
I don't know old Ukrainian, so I cannot judge
if your plaintext is sensible. The problem is,
however, that we cannot be sure whether you are
really reconstructing a valid original text,
or you can obtain text because there is always
enough freedom in selecting vowels.

Whether the evidence is more 'belief' or 'proof' I
don't know. Perhaps it is so, but this is what
makes me skeptical:
- there is no explanation in your theory why the
Voynich MS words follow the patterns explained
by Jorge Stolfi (or even Currier's observations)
- the label words, which do not follow Zipf
law like the main text, are still used to make
sentences
The first point above could be checked if any
other plaintext from that time period were
available.
The next two points are a bit more 'subjective'.
- the text you generate does not seem particuarly
meaningful or important enough for such encryption
- the strange drawings, which should have taken
a bit effort to make, are not at all explained.
Best wishes,
Rene
