Re: VMs: What do you think about Eight?

Hi, John

You are correct that the different plants might have
had optimum times of activation, depending upon which
planet ruled the plant and the activity in question.
The planetary hours, or uneven hours, do tend to show
us those distinctions; they don't consist of 60
minutes per hour, but divisions of daylight hours by
twelve equal parts and divisions of night time hours
by twelve equal parts. Each hour is assigned a
different planetary ruler in sequence.

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the part of the VMs
that shows light and dark divisions of the signs. If
you could provide a link, I would be grateful.

I asked what the four divided by two might signify.
Sorry, I meant signify as in meaning, not mathematical
significance but lexical significance. Smile.

The four elements have significance, importance,
meaning, which can be verbalized. The twelve signs
have meaning. The twelve houses of the chart have
meaning. What would the eight (whatevers?) mean?

We astrologers tend to get into that sort of thing.

Thanks for thinking along with me!

Warmly,

Pam
