So is the castle in the upper right circle the
castle of Beelzebub? There is a nice illustration
of Pelgrim's progress with a spiral path passing
this castle in A.Roob "Alchemie und Mystik".
That would have been an ideal match, were it not
for the fact that this was written after Baresch'
letter to Kircher.
Did Bunyan invent this or is he relating an existing
tradition??
