VMs: Get D'Imperio's book for free from the NSA

That is the website that lists historical publications
available from the National Security Agency.  I got my
book in the mail within a week of ordering it (and
free!).  I got a photocopied packet, but if you want
to spend $20, you can order the same thing only nicer
from Amazon.com.  

The NSA has a note for D'Imperio's book: "Booklet -
For copies of this manuscript, call 301-688-6524, or
e-mail nsapao@xxxxxxx"
