I know how to obtain a not-free copy from Amazon.com ...  I noticed there
was no specified copyright or publication date (listed elsewhere as 1978)
and deduced it was a reprint and/or Federal working paper publication.
Those are sometimes free if you know where to get them, though this is
less true than in the past.  My copy is marked Aegean Park Press, A
Cryptographic Series No. 27.

Out of curiosity, is Mary D'Imperio still living?  If so, what does she do
these days?
