That is indeed a good assumption.

Note also that the sale of the castle was close
to a scam. It is forbidden to enter the place
since it is about to collapse. This is 
somehow not mentioned :-/

The latest owner was the manager or owner
of the Skoda company (nowadays best known for
its cars). Nomen est omen, since the word
Skoda means: 'What a pity...' (German: Schade).
