That is utterly grotesque. "Deciphered the Babylonian cuneiform" indeed.

The Necronomicon does not exist. Anyone familiar with the life
and works of Lovecraft knows it. It is pure fantasy, just like
The King in Yellow, like Pellucidar, like Conan the Cimmerian,
and hey, why not, like Little Orphan Annie and Daddy Warbucks.
Not to forget Bugs Bunny, Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck.

Complete, utter bullshit and affabulation. What next? Wilfrid Voynich
found the manuscript not near Rome, but in a cellar of Miskatonic
