VMs: Rohonczi Codex
I found no listing for the codex at the Hungarian Science Academy but
probably did not perform an effective search since I cannot read the
instructions.

I do not think the pictures in the codex could be the product of a
modern mind but would like to see something to establish authenticity.

"unul din cele mai misterioase (si secrete?) documente ale omenirii
comentat de Andrei Vartic"
I looked up "Andrei Vartic"
http://www.google.com/search?q=Andrei+Vartic&hl=en&client=firefox-a&lr=lang_en&sa=X&oi=lrtip8
Apparently, he is a well-known author, adept in finding strange
artifacts and
"a spectroscopist-physician, passionate about the history of the Dacians"

[Florin] Everything happens in a mythical country reigned by someone
called Vlad.
Vlad III (later Vlad II). In 1436 he seized the throne of Wallachia and
became Vlad II. Who was Vlad I? But I suppose there were many Vlad's,
mythical and otherwise, including the next in line, the infamous "Tepes".
To state the obvious: radiance dots around the "lazy-S" in the script
and also in the pictures should be of help. And a catalog of the glyphs.
