Here is some findings about your phrase ;
Siri : Southernwood (a plant also named Old Man), genitive
rite : according to the rite
Tueo : seems not to be a latin word
Tractem : so that i handle
Because of the genitive and the word tueo, i'm unable to give you a good
(I'm not an expert)
