That's chiasmus, a reversal of order around a central point. It's a literary
device, quite common in older manuscripts. And it's easy to spot in many
places, including f116v. Although this is probably a coincidence, you have a
chiastic system here, pairing 'me' with 'you', 'giving' with 'bringing',
with 'many' as the centre of the chaismus...

michi     dabas        multas    te      portas
to me    you gave    many     you    you bring
