Actually, I have gone through the entire archive, (some time ago), and I
have seen your graphs and statistics. I remember spending more time thinking
about how I could produce graphs like that than actually attempting to
interpret what you spent so much effort on. I knew about the different
languages, didn't think it was important in what I was doing, so I "scanned"
with little interest and quickly forgot what I'd read. If I remember
correctly - (and we always remember what we remember in kodachrome) - you
weren't very smart back then, when we were having our major differences on
list. Permit me to let down my arrogant facade for just a moment, so I may
abase myself before you and beg forgiveness at my self-sightedness. I
attribute the problem to a bad alignment of the stars and the simultaneous
ingestion of too many tacos, resulting in a backward flow of negative fluxes
and humours, culminating in an acute case of optical rectosis, a condition
known to impair the sight as well as the judgment. :-)
Had I invested a degree of attentiveness to your pages, I would have
discovered some inalterable truths and queried the matter further. Having
hit this wall full-run many times without knowing why, I can honestly say
that no one out there who claims to have a solution to this manuscript and
does not make mention and explanation for this, is genuinely misguided. If
someone solves the VMS without having to address these "truths" I'll not
only buy them pizza, I'll fly their hairy butt to Hawaii so they can order
fresh pineapple on that pizza!
Rene, I'm really impressed at how bright you've gotten in the last two
weeks! There's hope for you yet! :-) (And thank you for being so patient
with my displayed ignorance for so long a time...)
I'll be asking a lot of questions of you in the next few weeks.
