Re: VMs: Transcription scanner (seeking permission)

I have written a Delphi program that scans for sequences and produces
letter counts. It can count pairs of characters and triplets. It can also
produce tables of glyph pair counts which can be extended for word counts or
word combination counts. It can load VMS text and manipulate it in various
ways. I intend to write more functions. Any suggestions? Would it be useful
to anyone else?

Jeff
