Ditto for the missing folio(s) between f73v and f75r.  There are clearly 
TWO folios missing here.  I had the same thought as John Grove, though I 
have doubts:

The f67v1 to f68r1 stubs still may be missing folios.

As for the f73v to f75r stubs, if you look closely, you can see that 
there is a stitched gutter - meaning in this case for sure there are two 
missing folios.
