     You asked for ideas about binding your copy of the VMs.

     What I did was print each sheet off on 8.5 x 11 sheets and then slide
     them into transparent covers I obtained at a local office supply
     store. With both the recto and verso of each page together back to
     back in the same cover, I set them all in order in a large loose leaf
     binder with the foldouts taped together.  The covers are 3 hole
     punched on a tab running down the side.
     The Rosette foldout I couldn't bring myself to fold up but the verso
     of it makes orderly foldouts of 1,2 and 3 pages.
     I hope this is of help. My copy is certainly convenient.
