I just meant that the description sounded to me like a fairly garbled
version of Rugg, not, of course, that I accepted the Rugg analysis. I
think Rugg doesn't insist that Kelley is certainly the produced of the
VMs, for that matter. However, Rugg's article is the place where one
could acquire a conception that the VMs, Cardan grilles, and Kelley go
hand in hand. Then, of course, it would be possible to confuse the VMs
with Kelley's Enochian maunderings. A muddling of an over-absolute
misrepresentation of an inadequately supported hypothesis or two.
