Re: Fwd: Re: VMs: evmt, database, gb, lull, etc.

Yes - Jan thanks for the info.

Unfortunately, Ramon's mind is still opaque to me. I
understand the general idea of associating concepts to
locations on the combinatoric wheel and combining them
in ways to produce true statements. But how to really
work them to answer a simple original question or,
more to my interest in the VMS, could the
transcription of a series of combinations of the
wheels represent a line of reasoning or discussion?

"AB BAC BAD BAE CAE CA C AC ABC"

=

"This plant is good, since animals feed on plants, and
so this plant is good for sicknesses from these
animals." (i.e. you could use it to cure snake bite)

Or something of the sort. I just put some Lull-ish
gibberish in there. Combining letters together from
wheels to form words is in itself nothing terribly
insightful - showing there is method and meaning to
the overall structure would be.

Also, there is some mention of alchemy re: Lull. FWIW,
the little I have read states that essentially all
alchemical work attributed to Lull is not by him.

Thanks,
Eric
