Just click on any link that says 'Beispiel', which
means 'example'. Look at example 6 which refers
to a codex in Vienna (it is not, as a I first through,
Tranchedino, but seems similar). Look at the
emperor's handwriting and see if it reminds you
of the 'oladabas' page :-)
The site does start by saying that such codes were
almost exclusively used in 'diplomatic' environments,
and not for private secrets.

And there are plenty of them. See also example
10 for a 'word game'. A pretty pointless example,
since nobody can be misled about what is being
written there. Thus, one should be careful rejecting
hypotheses about the Voynich MS on the basis that
they would not be sensible.

This is a discussion of Trachedino's work, whom he
consistently calls Tanchredino, such that our
searches never turned up this site.
