we read:
This unusual copper Falus from the city of  Kandahar in Afghanistan was made
from old cooking pots.  Copper was cut from old pots, pans and other utensils,
then folded up and flattened between a pair of dies.   The result is a most
unusual coin.  The coin dates from about 1680 to 1700 and grades Fine or better.
