I wonder where are you getting "Eye of my God" and translation "oko I bisi
je"?

The condensed Voynich "KBSJ" if I did the translation would be as follows.

KBSJ = Oko bose je. Which means, Oko barefooted is or more idiomatic Oko is
barefooted.

Why would you encode text written by alphabet used at that time?

If you wont to reconstruct translated text to VMs you mast keep tract of the
single and double spaces in original VMs text.

Than remove the vowels in the translated text you will have original VMs
text.
